Holiday rentals with a pool in Sidi Bou Said

The villa offered by Chahrazed was beautiful, identical to the photos, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and beautiful. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The place was perfect for our barbecue around the pool. Communication with Chahrazed was easy, she responds very quickly and is very helpful. She brought us a large and brand new barbecue for our grills because the one on site was a little small The house is welcoming and very practical and can easily accommodate the ten people indicated I recommend Chahrazed's house and I will return whenever I want to have an extended family meeting Thank you very much

Charming house located in a great area. Easy to walk to the city center and enjoy what the area has to offer. The villa is kids friendly and is well equipped, super clean and in a very quiet zone.

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

villa super setting decor and top location at the bottom of all shops from sidi bou said and to the marsa . you can do anything on foot we had the car to go to the center of the marsa but there are perfout taxis. the entrance and exit to the garage is very difficult the neighbor parked his car immobilized right in front of the street which is very narrow it is very restrictive . there is a caretaker who lives on site in the garage who makes the accommodation not private because he can access it from the garage . He had to leave the premises because the hosts are very responsive. Too bad it is not stipulated in the listing description which surprised us. there is a camera in front of the pool but that we were able to cover because it was detrimental to our privacy, certainly it is marked that there are cameras but these are inside the villa at the entrance to the accommodation . and a camera inside the garage this one didn't bother us too much. in short, I recommend the villa .

Neila has always been present while being very discreet. The studio is very nice with a beautiful decor and Neila had put coffee, eggs, bread, yogurt, etc. which is very nice when you arrive The pool is really a quiet and peaceful place. very nice stay with Touraya and her husband who are very nice and very welcoming! the apartment is large and well-equipped the pool and superb, it is possible to park a car in the property which is safe, garden level cooler when it is hot

It is ideally located, close to all amenities, in a quiet and secure neighborhood where you feel in peace. The environment is pleasant, Seif and Mehdi were particularly kind, welcoming and very responsive to all my requests. I highly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to come back on my next stay!

Medhi’s place is just like the listing and the rooftop with pool is amazing. Stunning views across the sea and city. The rooms are ideal for 4 people - very spacious and the apartment very well appointed. There’s a supermarket 3 mins walk away which is handy and 4 or 5 very good restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to the beach and also the key out of town sights. It’s an easy 20 min drive into the centre of Tunis. We had a great stay.
