Ayyub property is arguably one of the finest accommodations available in Surabaya on this platform. The host demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and understanding throughout our stay. While the photographs of the house do not adequately capture its spaciousness, it is indeed very comfortable. Additionally, there is a mosque within walking distance. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to others.

The villa is located in a very serene housing complex, so no noisy street trafic. The neighbours are all very calm & not rowdy too. As for the villa itself, it was very clean & has complete, working amenities. I might say that the only con is the wifi; it didn't work very well (unstable connection, on-off internet connection) & almost no signal when you are inside the rooms. Other than that, it's a perfect out of town stay with the whole family away from the noisy city crowd. Very peaceful & serene 👍👍

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, ideal for family gatherings. The furniture is tidy and complete, with plenty of toys available for children. The host is very responsive, and the assistant is also quite helpful😊 Recommended 100% 🤩

Host nya ramah..Design rmh nya bagus,kitchen lengkap.Rumah bersih,rumah baru.Hanya kalo untk 6 org ya tdrnya krg nyaman.Cukup untk 4 org (krn kmr utama kingbed,2 kmr lain nya 1 single bed/kamar) Easy check in n check out. Overall ok. Tq..

The place is great—semi-outdoor with two bedrooms, which are more than enough to accommodate six people. It perfectly blends with the surrounding cold and breezy nature. Not to mention, there's a small stream and ponds nearby that add to the serene atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that you should watch your step, as the ground can be quite slippery due to moist.
