Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. Lovely place to stay, best thing about it is the garden which is really beautiful. It is right on the promenade to walk into the old town and many beaches. The pool is gated so safe for small children. Very friendly neighbours to share the pool with, which was really quiet in May anyway. My only negative is that the apartment is full with room fragrances and air fresheners in every room, and if you don't like them it's quite over powering, we collected them all and put them in a cupboard! But this comes down to personal preference. The kitchen is really well stocked and well equipped! I would recommend to anyone wanting an easy holiday with a very convenient and brilliant supermarket around the corner! Nela was really responsive to messages which was really helpful. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

Angelina was a great host and the apartment was perfect. Right on the beach and central in Sotogrande for walks along the marina or the beach. Lovely restaurants all about! The blinds in the room were amazing, particularly for our 11month old and they sorted a cot for us no problem

The infinity pool was a true highlight—floating there while enjoying endless ocean views was pure bliss. Every sunset felt like a private performance just for us! The house itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor spaces were ideal for lounging, dining, and soaking up the scenery. A special thank you to our host, Katy, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was always available for questions, provided us with fantastic local recommendations, and ensured we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re looking for a luxurious escape with breathtaking views and an exceptional host, this is it!

We had a great stay in Irene's apartment for 10 nights. The location is unbeatable and we were treated to magnificent weather displays from the balcony during our stay. The rooftop pool was a treat in the hot weather. Lola was brilliant on check in and sent us lots of recommendations. The only issue is with the 2nd smaller bedroom, it is a bit small for 2 adults and airless at night, but would be ideal for a couple and 2 children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This has to be the best value for money, apartment to stay in Casares, near Estepona. The hosts are attentive professional and go out of their way to be helpful. The apartment is large, bright and airy. Amazing views, and save the towel rail holder in the bathroom, in perfect order. It's where you want to be on the Costa del Sol. Peace and tranquility and then just 5 mins from the action. Brilliant. Ray and Jane
