Private Master Suite Separated from Home

Sunny spacious room with private entry and a private bath this is the master suite of my home blocked off from the rest of the house your own private rental with king size comfy bed with mini fridge and microwave Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, and an entry with supplied coffee and books on the area for you to use . This rental is wheel chair accessible. Inyo County, as of July 2018 , requires us to collect an occupancy tax on all rentals I have included the fee in your final charges

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only).
