Finca Sábila, a small paradise

Casa de Roya is located two kilometers from Estepa (Seville), in what is called the Center of Andalusia, about an hour's drive by highway from Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, and Granada. The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in common areas, and a 32" TV. The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
