Cabin, one hour drive from Tromsø

3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. One bedroom on the ground floor(bed 120 cm). Two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1: (both beds 90 cm). Bedroom 2: (one bed 150 cm, one 90 cm, one 75 cm). Floorheating in bathroom and living room. Any type of heating is included in the rent. The area under 'The Lyngen Alps' (Lyngsalpene) are popular both for winter and summer vacations. In the dark months in mid Winter you can view the 'Northern Lights' (Aurora Borealis). When the darkest Winter is changing in to longer days the skiers appears in the spectacular mountains surrounding the house.  If you want to go skiing, you go outside, put on your skies and of you go. There is a restaurant/bar that have a seasonal opening hours. The local grocery store is 5 km away. In Winter the local husky farm can give you a sledgeride into the picturesque surroundings, or you can go horseback riding in the Summer. During the Summer you can try the good fishing opportunities in the area. Fishing in lakes, river, creeks and the fjord is very popular. You can even do this all day and night, due to the midnightsun. The international airport in Tromsø is just 70km away. The train station in Narvik is just above 2 hours drive away. There are local buses daily, except Saturdays. Finland is 1hr 45 min drive away, and Sweden is 3 hours drive away. This is a place to relax an spend time in nature. Perfect to just sit outside watching the Northern lights crossing the sky. The owners of the house live nearby, they speak English and some German. They will try to answer all of your questions as best they know how.

Leiligheten ligger i et meget rolig boligfelt med umiddelbar nærhet til turstier, snøscooterløyper og opplevelsen av norsk natur. 300 meter til restaurant, pub og snøscooterløyper. 5 minutter kjøring til nærmeste dagligvarehandel og drivstoff. Gode turmuligheter sommer og vinter, både på ski og til fots. Har 4 sett truger og staver som kan leies! Gratis parkering til to biler ved leiligheten. Vi har små barn og en hund, så støy kan forekomme da vi bor i de øverste etasjene i eneboligen.

Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Abbiamo soggiornato con grande piacere in questo meraviglioso chalet estremamente confortevole. La vista sul fiordo è impagabile e ci siamo veramente rilassati dopo le gite di scialpinismo che siamo riusciti a fare nonostante il meteo. Ottima la dotazione della casa e l'interscambio di comunicazioni con il nostro host che ci ha dato il benvenuto con l'ottimo salmone affumicato da lui prodotto

Great place to explore the surrounding area! Runar was also very kind and responsive, and checked in on us when there was an avalanche nearby to make sure we were okay. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a functional kitchen that enabled us to cook some simple meals.

Jostein’s cabin in Nordreisa is truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning water views visible through expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows. Visiting during the midnight sun made the setting even more magical—sunlight streamed in continuously, casting a golden glow over the landscape. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance we could ask for, making meal preparation effortless. Wonderful location away from it all, with everything you need to unwind for a few days. The nearest supermarket is a little way away so stock up on your drive in. We were there at that beginning of March and needed the 4x4 (or AWD) with studded tyres. The weather was epic, thoroughly enjoyable. The place is warm with terrific views over the water. Many thanks for offering this great opportunity.
