This unique apartment is located in a restored vaulted stone cellar in an over 200 year old palazzo perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. From this residential area of the oldest part of Pizzo's centro storico it's just a 2 min walk to the lively main square with a good choice of restaurants, bars and grocery shops. The local beach is a 10-15 min walk downhill.

Marina Holiday Home - House 10 meters from the beach

Apartment overlooking the sea, just a few steps to reach the small beach below the house, large windows and large skylights on the ceiling illuminate the spaces. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the sound of the waves or the spectacular sunsets that are different every night. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Marina with many restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops. A 15-minute walk to the historic center, with the square full of restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery stores.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
