I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

The place is great! Although the room is just on the second floor still, the location is best. We always stay at Tagaytay for every special occasion or if we just want to unwind. The place feels like home. It was neat and everything is almost complete. We didn't have any problem at all. The only downside staying here (not the host's fault) is the building itself as it doesn't have free parking. The free parking for the entire property including the other buildings are full especially it's weekend. We parked on the tower 5 for Php 400 (1night). Though it's expensive, I think it's great for our motorcycle's safety. Overall, I would love to stay again here! :)

I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed & sofa were plush and good to sleep in or just lay down. In our entry there was a faint smell of fish which we didn't mind too much since there was a diffuser in the room. The A/C was great it's more than able to cool the entire room. There weren't any drinking water available in the fridge which I think could've been nice to have. The bathroom was pretty much spotless and everything was great, the water pressure felt good as well, however there weren't a lot of bath soap leftover when we arrived. Overall, great place—would definitely recommend!

I love that the owner is very much accommodating and very hands on. The place is so private and is accessible to all your store needs. The place is very beautiful and clean.

Cozy and relaxing place. The host is very responsive. However, the AC in the bedroom makes a loud noise, but thankfully the AC in the dining area works well and its cool air reaches the bedroom. Overall, we highly recommend the place. P.s. Jan allowed us to extend our stay by an addtl 2hrs since we checked in late.

The place has such a welcoming feel—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to unwind. I was looking for a cool spot to relax from the summer heat, rest, and recharge, and Ann’s place was perfect. Ann and Jackie were super responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. If I had the chance, I would’ve happily extended my stay. No doubt, I’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. Cath has been a great host during our stay at her place. She is very responsive, flexible and accommodating specially since my booking was last minute and we even had to extend. The place was perfect! Very roomy and really felt like home. Over-all I would gladly recommend Cath and her place and would definitely book her place again in the future. 5 star rating!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and smelled fresh, which made us feel comfortable right away. The admin and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we totally enjoyed our time here it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The place looked nice and comfy and the rooms and furniture are all well kept. It was a fun and relaxing stay with the team and the provided mic and board games were entertaining. If you want to spend a great time with friends or family in a peaceful and private place, this is a go to for sure.

The location of the home was the best for us; you can see the house from the golf course! The house is lovely, modern style, uses natural light, and has lots of artwork. It’s big for the kids to have activities and play, and has several common areas to gather together. Our host, Ina, was very responsive, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. The caretakers Cora and Allan are accommodating and helpful. There are lots of electrical outlets around the house. Location is accessible to food delivery services. Tips: You have to take the stairs going down from the main door to the rooms and then another flight to the kitchen/ living space, so if anyone in the group has difficulty getting up and down stairs they will need assistance. The owners are renovating parts of the home, so best to check in with the host if you have any required amenities. There is no cellular service, in most areas of the house it is very weak (Globe), but they have Wifi with internet to connect to.

The house is full of things, simple things that is very helpful like medicine. All the linen are clean. It is very comfortable to stay in the house. Me and my friends loved the place. Very recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
