It is 300 m down to a private cozy bathing area where you can swim, use kayaks, canoes and SUP boards

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Velkommen til et skønt beliggende nybygget sommerhus på 70m2 og anneks på 20 m2 placeret i vild natur. Huset er omkranset af 165 m2 hævet terrasse, og ligger 30 meter fra Mossø i 2. række, hvor man hører bølgernes brusen mod land. Fra terrassen ser man ofte ænder, gæs, fiskehejrer, rovfugle, spætter og andre småfugle. Der hører en fælles søgrund direkte til Mossø på 1500m2 og med 50 meter sandet vandbred. Her kan man isætte sin lille båd, kano, kajak etc. og fiskemulighederne er rigtig gode.
