With its own access and carport you are completely self sufficient but we are available to lend you bicycles or point you to the walking tracks. Be active or do nothing, we are private but not remote.

We loved our two night stay at escape to the forest. The photos really don't do it justice! So quiet and peaceful, the house is adjacent to a creek where we saw a platypus. Cate is an excellent host and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. We would love to stay here again someday!

Had a great stay at Shane’s place. Location was perfect being not too far from town but still private enough and pool was great. Nothing was a hassle and Shane is easily approachable for any problems. Most cleaning was perfect with just a few small issues in kitchen and nothing to stop us from visiting Shane’s place again. We only stayed one night at Sarah and Andrew’s place, but we absolutely loved the peaceful, nature-filled setting. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and they were kind enough to provide a baby bed for our little one, which we really appreciated. we had a wonderful stay at Selena and Glenn's. beautifully situated haven of peace in the heart of the rainforest and a stonethrow away from the beaches. place was tidy, homy and matched the description. lovely touches of fresh water, fruits and chocolates prepared by the host. we didn't have a chance to meet Selena who was away but had fascinating discussions with Glenn, a super person to meet. Selena was also super reactive and proactive by email. only positives, I thoroughly recommend staying with this charming couple!
