House holiday rentals in Siloam Springs

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved it and hope to visit again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was very nice and there were plenty of options nearby to get out and enjoy ourselves.

Beautiful place. Comfortable for two couples. The deck was a relaxing place to view the lake. Kitchen had everything anyone could need. Bike information was helpful. Due to rain we couldn't check out the hiking trail nearby.

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

Our best Airbnb so far! Karen thought of everything. Plenty of towels and blankets. Air was wonderfully cool and water was wonderfully hot. Lots of room, comfortable and clean. Easy communication and check in. 10/10 recommend. ❤️

We booked this because we also booked their wedding venue, The Brick Ballroom and this was the perfect spot for all of our guests to visit us for this out of town wedding! There are a lot of stairs if you have people visiting that will have issues with stairs. Other than that… Perfect!

Short walk to downtown Siloam Springs! Quiet street and close to local restaurants and coffee shops and short drive to NW Corridor.

Libby is an excellent host. Her place is spacious and comfortable. Very close to JBU and downtown Siloam. This is a great place to stay.

The place looks even better in person, was super clean, had many snacks and great amenities. It was a short stay, but it was lovely. Kim was very quick to respond and super friendly.

Cute, Cozy, and quiet little place. We felt right at home. We were able to grill some fresh vegetables we got at the Farmers Market. We were greeted and entertained by the cutest puppies. (I believe they were out visiting the neighbors due to the grill going) but it was nice. Will look forward to returning next time I am in the area.

Yesenia's home was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to have more space than necessary in all the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was awesome! The large peninsula countertop was an excellent food-prep space, and all the appliances worked well. We had space for our family to enjoy meals at the dining table, plus extra seating at the bar / counter when we had a few guests over for dinner. Yesenia was helpful, attentive, and kind. We would love to stay here again!

The house was bigger than we needed (for a couple) but so glad we stayed there. Totally remodeled & everything was squeaky clean. Master bedroom & bathroom are very nice, including furnishings throughout the house. Great patio, grill & hot tub - which unfortunately we couldn't use due to lots of rain. The kitchen is well stocked but we were out for all our meals & only used the coffee maker. If you are in need of an airbnb in this area, I would definitely recommend this property. We were visiting our son who was only 5 minutes away.

Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house! Felt right at home, very private in a cute little subdivision. We had a blast relaxing in the couch, watching tv, playing ping pong, and playing in the game room. Michael was very proactive with any potential concerns. (Had a small issue with the garage door code, I didn’t think much of it, Michael messaged me and said it was fixed even before I could report it.) Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

This place is beautiful. All needed amenities were there. Great location to everything in Bentonville and Rogers. The only issue we had we felt like the kitchen window and sliding door needed some coverage as you can see right in the house. It is a very large window, but still beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

We've stayed in vacation rentals around the world, and I must say, this is one of the most well-stocked homes we've ever had the privilege of renting. The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, which is helpful considering the location is pretty remote. The home looks exactly as it does in the photos. It was spotless, spacious, and the design was well thought out. The hosts have made sure that every need is anticipated. The views are stupendous! The back deck is so peaceful. Even when it rains, you still have plenty of space to relax in comfort. The outdoor fireplace and blanket storage were especially nice touches. Jen was quick to respond to any question and even volunteered an early check-in when the cleaning crew finished ahead of schedule. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway in the Ozarks, I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful place with stunning views from the back porch and windows. Perfectly perched at the top of Neill's Bluff. Short drive for fishing access, restaurants and stores. Also, a good find for baseball families because it is centered in the middle of the big tournament fields, north to south, and there is a large yard for wiffle ball/soft toss.

My wife and I stayed from 5/28 - 6/3. This was our third time in NWA and first staying in Bella Vista. The Lookout Chalet was everything we were hoping for in a short term rental. The house was just as described and was perfect for us. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and the outdoor areas to relax in. I also like the close access to the Tunnel Vision trail which allowed you to ride two different directions. We explored the Bella Vista area and really fell in love with it. This is our top choice to retire to in 10 years. Peak Adventures made our stay super easy and enjoyable! If you are looking at a short term rental in Bella Vista I can’t rate this high enough!
