Forget your worries in this modern and spacious suite in beautiful Silver Valley. Very quiet neighbourhood, close to parks, rivers, trails, Alouette lake, and just a short drive to downtown Maple Ridge. Street level basement suite, with its own access and plenty of natural light. Good size bedroom with a Queen bed and a working desk. Recently finished, with new furniture and appliances. Plenty of curbside parking, close to public transportation. No smoking, no pets and no parties allowed.

For those that take the bus, there is a bus stop right outside the house. For drivers, we have 1 dedicated parking space, and lots of street parking available. We do have a kitchen with dishes and most things needed to cook a meal. There is a stove top, an Airfrier and a microwave oven.

This unit really worked well for us, given the proximity to our daughter's home. We didn't do any cooking or food prep there as we had our meals with our daughter and son-in-law and their family. But the unit was very clean and quite quiet - we just wanted to sleep after a long flight from Hong Kong.

Was at Bob's place from Mon-Sat. Perfect location in the middle of Maple Ridge. Easy to get in and out of. I slept great. The washer and dryer came in handy, parking was easy, always hot water, and really nice people. Even though I didn't have kids with me there were a lot of toys for kids, and a crib which would be handy for a baby. Just an overall great value.

Our Neck of the Woods is delightful; a comfortable, cosy, sanctuary that offers a quiet retreat at the end of a day. The decor is charming and welcoming. Christie is a responsive host answering questions quickly. As stated in the AirBnB description it is located below a family home. The reality of this was a few foot steps were heard occasionally. This was in no way intrusive. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.
