Very quiet neighbourhood, close to parks, rivers, trails, Alouette lake, and just a short drive to downtown Maple Ridge. Street level basement suite, with its own access and plenty of natural light. Good size bedroom with a Queen bed and a working desk. Recently finished, with new furniture and appliances. Plenty of curbside parking, close to public transportation. No smoking, no pets and no parties allowed.

Our deluxe suite is located in quiet Silver Valley, a bedroom community 10 minutes from Maple Ridge. Enjoy breathtaking views of mountains, cranberry, blueberry fields as well as winding streams. The suite includes a large bedroom with a Sterns and Foster king mattress, premium linen, toiletries, 2 bathrobes, cell phone charging system. Family room is bright and cozy with a gas fireplace. All sofas recline, 55” TV with cable and Netflix.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at with us. We are walking distance to multiple plazas that have access to most major amenities. For those that take the bus, there is a bus stop right outside the house. For drivers, we have 1 dedicated parking space, and lots of street parking available. We do have a kitchen with dishes and most things needed to cook a meal. There is a stove top, an Airfrier and a microwave oven.
