Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mauro on several occasions, and he’s consistently been exceptional. He’s incredibly responsive and provides accurate, extremely helpful information. The property itself is well-catered for, with excellent spaces and amenities. The spa and sauna are a must-try – they’re worth every penny! Was a beautiful one night stay, my wife and I enjoyed sitting by the fire and just spending time together in the little loungeroom. Was a great place to just get away from life and enjoy each others company. Anne-Marie was a really good host with helpful instructions everywhere and very simple entry and checkout. We'll be back one day

It was great Location, we loved it. Near to everything.

Highly recommend this place. Location is superb being near the beach and local shops and restaurants. It also has plenty of rooms for large families. Only drawbacks for me was everything was dated and there was no wifi but I guess if you are going out most of the time it doesn't matter too much.

We had a wonderful day. It was very relaxing. The house was amazing very private and close to all amenities that we needed. Highly recommend this little Home away from home.

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

I was very impressed with Kim’s property from the moment I walked through he door. Great beachy vibe and everything there you could possibly need. Very quiet location and a short walk down to Salties Point for some great sunsets. Kim was very helpful with information about the island and places to take my furbaby, Ruby. Great stay, didn’t want to leave.

Our family loved our stay at Jeremy and Hazels place. It was exactly as described, actually probably even better. We always love going to Phillip Island and honestly would probably book this place again. Thanks guys!

Just spent a wonderful 4 days at beautiful Coast Nest with my friend. The house was so cosy, beds really comfortable and living area perfect to curl up with a book or watch a movie. Lovely bathroom and a second toilet off the laundry which was great. Whole house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Great to have wifi and a smart TV available. Very peaceful location with lots of birdlife in the garden and 5 min walk to the wonderful local cafe and the beach. Heather communicated clearly and was very responsive re any questions. Will definitely come back, highly recommended.

Lovely little room for a short stay. It was very cosy and Helen had the light on and heater going for when we arrived. Great location and had all the amenities we needed!

Great location, spacious living room, kitchen, and beautiful views. There were some hairs on the bed linens, but overall, it’s a good choice for a family vacation.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

Andree's place was everything you could ask for in a weekend getaway. We loved that we had the pool all to ourselves. The big deck overlooking the pool with a distant view of the ocean was a great place to view the sunset. The kitchenette and fridge were stocked with essentials for a stay-in breakfast. Though Andree lived just a floor above us, we never felt any lack of privacy. The location is very close to restaurants and shops in Rosebud. We would love to visit again.

We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

We have stayed at Jodie's place 2 or 3 times now, my kids love it, we walk to the beach in the morning and if hot enough, pool for rest of the day. It has everything that suits us as a family including the oval and skate park across the road.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The house was ideal for our large family, it was a fairly long drive to the beach and the road in is too narrow for our liking. That didn’t bother the rest of the family though. They all won’t to go back next year! I appreciated Nikki’s quick response to a couple of issues and the fact she was easy to contact.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tracy's place was fantastic the house had everything we needed and more. A beautiful outdoor entertaining area which the kids loved. Definitely one of the cleanest and equipped Air BnB's we have stayed at. Thanks for having us everyone had the best weekend.
