It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Enjoy this beautiful and calm studio, 20 mins off-road walk to beach and stunning coastline. Private and newly appointed mixing old with new to create an oasis of calm. Cosy areas and a wood burning stove to feel embraced by. St Agnes is a vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants, pubs, cafes and independent shops, all a 7 min walk away. Best suited to solo travellers or couples keen to enjoy the area. Regrettably, not suitable for babies/children. Please respect no animals / smoking.

It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.
