This airy, open-plan apartment is on the top floor of our home and has one of the best decks and views in Simon´s Town. Located in the lanes above the yacht marina, it’s a 5-minute walk into town and a short drive to beaches, tidal pools and walks. Best for couples, with a full kitchen/scullery, and bedroom suite with an office, dressing room, bathroom and outside shower. An entrance courtyard is perfect for enjoying the sun. We, the owners, live in an apartment downstairs with our pets.

Boulders Beach and the famous penguins are an easy 20 minute walk away and Long Beach is 10 minutes away as is the railway station. This is a high quality accommodation, All three bedrooms are en-suite, with spacious and sound-proofed rooms.
