Numerous public transportations. Apartment: Bright, equipped with 2 balconies. Overlooking a cul-de-sac and a courtyard, so very quiet. Bedroom, living room, small kitchen and small bathroom with bathtub. Transportation: Metro line 12 Jules Joffrin 1 min away, line 4 Lamarck Caulaincourt 5 min away, Montmartrobus 1 min away, bus 31, bus 60, bus 80, bus 85 1 min away Information and communication with guests: Montmartre and Sacré Coeur are in direct proximity to the apartment (10 min). The Pigalle and Abbesses neighborhoods are just a short drive away. I am also available to give you any advice and information about the neighborhood and Parisian tourist activities. Please note, the apartment is unfortunately not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Former Lodge – Clignancourt

Former caretaker's lodge transformed into a studio in the heart of the Clignancourt district. At the foot of the Simplon metro station, 400 m from Jules Joffrin metro station, 20 min walk to Sacré Cœur. This is the apartment where I live on a daily basis and that I rent when I am away or on vacation, so there are all my personal belongings. During your stay, I provide a cupboard and a wardrobe to store your belongings if necessary. The advantage is that the apartment is equipped for everyday life.

Welcome to my place. My name is Tim and I rent my 27 square meters flat during my absence. The flat is fully equipped and the bed is 160x200. It s located between the subway stations of Simplon (Line 4) and Jules Joffrin (Line 12) and you can reach thé Sacré Cœur with a 20 minutes walk. Also, Line 4 is really useful to reach the centre of Paris. Since it s my own home, I would ask you to respect my privacy by not opening the private drawer and to be nice to my neighbours.

It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
