The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

At Gladsax Manor, it is now possible to rent the cozy white guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is suitable for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Här kan du avnjuta goda middagar på två generösa uteplatser med grill eller inomhus vid ett rymligt matbord. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Simris är en gammal anrik by med trevliga promenadstråk. Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Uthyrning 2026 v26-v27 (veckovis) samt v32-v35 (veckovis) In-och utcheckning söndagar.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Here you can enjoy the view of the plains and at the same time feel that there is life around you. You can reach restaurants, cafes and the water with a bike ride (10 minutes) or a nice walk (30 minutes to the coast). The house is spacious and can easily accommodate two families.
