You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.
