I had an absolutely amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautiful and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore. From the cozy bed to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail was perfect. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

this was my 1st time in BNB and i stayed with my wife and a six month old baby , and i loved it . host really made the stay like home and. it was well organised ….. i would really love to choose this place again

The Homestay - Humble. If you're seeking peace and tranquility, you must come here. Sit by the window and all you see is the lush green panorama, all you hear is the endless chirping of birds. And when you see the clouds rolling in through the valley, you may never want to leave. The Host - Like a brother, he took care of us. Prakash bhai was there when our flight was hours late and we arrived post midnight. He did complain a bit, but that's his pahadi sense of humour. Never said no to any requests/demands. He offered us snacks+coffee+rum, and did not charge a single penny more, even though all of it was out of his meal plan. And he suggested us hikes/treks around Gurdum. This is where Chandan bhai comes in. The man not only cooked for us, but was also our guide on a short but thrilling hike to Dumbarkhola falls. Amenities - Basic. Clean room, delicious food. If you're a yak/pork lover, ask for it. 3 meals, 2 tea+snacks per day is offered at ₹600. Come here, rediscover yourself.

Good vibe and good noise free location excellent place for family

First of all i would like to thank Anjalina and all her family members for celebrating my parent's marriage anniversary so amazingly. I stay outside India so dont able to do much for my parents on special occassions but i feel i made the right decision by sending them to Anjalina's homestay. They treated them like their family also gifted them so many things specially Anjalina's mother made a beautiful purse and hair band using wool for my mother which is priceless, i dont have words to show my gratitude. Since it was too much cold there so they used to give hot water bag and ointment for my mother's knee pain. I am deeply overwelmed for all the smallest things they did for my parents. When i visit India i will also go to Mirik with my husband and stay at Anjalina's place. Hope you keep doing well, wish you all the best. Thanks for evetything.

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful workation away from the city bustle, and we couldn’t have found a better place than this place at Takdah. Nestled in serene surroundings with stunning valley views, the stay had everything we needed — strong Wi-Fi for work, cozy corners to unwind, adorable furry friends, and the most delicious, homely food. What truly made our five-day escape special was the warm hospitality of our amazing host, Ramita ma’am, and the incredible kids at the stay, Ganga and Namrata. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, pampering us with kindness and mouthwatering meals. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating workation spot — this is it. Kushal & Nabin are great host. Their property is very good and they have kept it well. Very close to airport. If you love pets, you will have a great time and if you're not fond of them, the pets won't bother you at all . They are very warm hosts and the food provided by them was out of the world.
