Absolutely beautiful place. The location itself was amazing. Lots to do around and very safe. I had forgot my souvenir bag outside the apartment, on a bench by the street. I called the plaza and they literally brought me my souvenir bag to the airport!! Right in time before leaving. Amazing!!!!

Arturo's place is just like the photographs, a fairly spacious and clean house. We would definitely come back, we were going with babies and it was definitely the best option since we didn't need to leave the place and when everything was required it was close. Excellent location, I would like to improve the communication before check-in a little because messages were not answered but once in Arturo's response it was excellent.

Excellent location, it is in a very quiet area and accessible to anywhere in the City. Connected to quickways to get you wherever you want. A very clean and super spacious house especially for families or large groups. Rosy is an excellent host and took care of us very well!!! I love Culiacan and will be staying with Rosy again!!

The apartment is amazing - very spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The amenities and the tower in general are in excellent condition, everything was very well cared for. The attention was also top notch: the coffee machine was decomposed and in less than two hours, I was already Cindy knocking on the door with a new one. A phenomenal service. The location of the Peninsula is ideal if you are looking for tranquility. It is far from the Golden Zone, so there are fewer people and you can enjoy much more of the rest, just what we were looking for for the dates we went on. As a point to consider, the condominium is quite strict on absolutely all activities within the complex, so it is important to note it. You also have to know that the consumption of light is charged separately and is somewhat high per day, even being careful with the climates and lights. Despite that, the host was excellent, the apartment spectacular and the holidays were very much enjoyed.
