Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

Замечательное место. В номере есть все, и даже больше. Комплекс великолепный. Много бассейнов, ресторанов , закрытая территория. До красивейшего пляжа рукой подать. В квартире осень комфортно, великолепная терраса. До старого города 20 минут пешком. Я влюбилась в комплекс, буду приезжать еще. Спасибо ща прекрасный отдых 🩷

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Very functional space, simple, has everything you need. Lots of construction in the area currently (2025) But will be very nice after those are complete. Lots of great kitchen devices, tools, spices for cooking and a really great shower. Lovely windows you can open from multiple directions. Private. Easy access and parking. Great explanation with photos for check-in. Nice stay

The app is spacious and close to a Lidl and 2 beaches. It’s a bit further from the center, but that makes it less noisy. We walked to the center and it was only 1,5-2km to the old town. The parking was very easy to access. The kitchen has a basic equipment, but we only staid 1 night so didn’t need more. Communication was going really well and was clear!

Nikola’s place was absolutely stunning. Waking up to sunshine streaming through the windows was the perfect start to each day. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained—ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Burgas, and if we ever return, this will be the first place I book!

Saabumine oli sujuv. Oleg oli majutajana väga sõbralik, abivalmis ja pakkus vajalikku infot ning tuli vajadustele vastu vastavalt võimalustele. Kõik vajalik oli olemas. Asukoht on täpselt mere ääres. Lisaks on bassein ja bussipeatus on täpselt hotelli kõrval - mugav liikuda teistesse linnadesse. Jäime rahule! 😊

Miroslav's appartement ligt perfect gelegen in het centrum van Burgas, de zee en het strand zijn dichtbij en je loopt zo het centrum in. De parkeerplek is dichtbij en goed afgesloten. De locatie is echter niet te rumoerig. Het appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voor zien, keuken, wasmachine, fohn en goede koffiemachine :-). Het appartement is erg schoon, nieuw en modern ingericht. De beschrijving op de pagina is precies hoe je het aantreft. Miroslav is een professionele host die snel reageert en een prettige atmosfeer voor zijn gasten creëert, het contact met hem was heel prettig. Dit is echt een aanrader!

Es gibt alles in der Umgebung - Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Buchladen, 8 min vom Strand und 10 min von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Wohnblock ist sehr alt, aber dafür sieht die Wohnung richtig neu aus. Im Badezimmer hat es etwas unangenehm feucht (vielleicht aus dem Abfluss ) gerochen. Aber sonst steht in der Wohnung alles nötige zur Verfügung . Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war äußerst angenehm und PlanBTime war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und konnte dadurch schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagieren. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig und ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie und bietet fünf Pools, Fitness- und Wellnesscenter, Restaurants, Spielplätze, Zugang zu zwei Stränden uvm. Wir hatten einen gesicherten Parkplatz von den Gastgebern direkt vor dem Komplex, was uns die Parksituation enorm erleichtert hat. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber haben uns klare Anweisungen für den Check-in und die Nutzung der Wohnung und Anlage zukommen lassen, großes Lob dafür. Der geräumige Balkon bot einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sv. Ivan. Lediglich der neue Bau vor dem Balkon hat die Sicht etwas eingeschränkt, aber daran ist natürlich keiner schuld. Es ist ein super Ort für die Familie, um in Sozopol Urlaub zu machen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

An amazing accommodation, in a perfect spot between Ravda and Nesebar. If you go during the spring months, you'll definitely get some nice weather, with loads of peace and quiet. Elena and Alex are great hosts, always super hospitable and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

El apartamento está genial. Todo muy limpio y amplio. Los baños bien equipados y las camas cómodas. Al llegar nos costó mucho conseguir las llaves por un mal entendido con el personal de seguridad, pero la comunicación con el anfitrión fue constante y estuvo pendiente durante todo el tiempo hasta que conseguimos entrar al apartamento. Pedimos plaza de garaje subterránea y era enorme y estaba justo encima del apartamento. Muy cómodo para entrar con el equipaje. Las zonas comunes del resort son una pasada. Las piscinas muy agradables y puedes usar cualquier tumbona libre. Hay mucha seguridad en el recinto por lo que puedes estar tranquilo de dejar tus cosas mientras disfrutas de un agradable baño. A literal 1 min andando desde el apartamento está la playa con tumbonas que puedes usar con una tarjeta que te deja el anfitrión. Una estancia muy agradable, el sitio precioso y a 15 min andando del centro del pueblo (que no hace falta ni ir porque dentro del resort tienes de todo). Un 10.

Viva made us feel right at home. Flat is conveniently located and immaculate clean!
