Apartment with private terrace near the beach

The location is ideal for spending the holiday at the sea being located right on the seashore near the beach in Constanta's North Cliff neighborhood - Dolphinarium area located right at the entrance of Mamaia resort. During the summer period this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent location with easy access to all the objectives of the season, even near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is right in front of the apartment).

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks, a small sailboat and a rowing boat for free.
