Super happy with the apartment! The space was perfect for 4 people and even though the weather wasn’t good enough to make use of the pool we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the city center is easily accessible through public transport. It only takes a few minutes to reach the station and the quick walk takes you along a nice pond. Vincent was a great host and flexible regarding the check-in which was greatly appreciated as we had to arrive later than expected. We would definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend in the city!

fantastic apartment with all you need, fridge/freezer for chilled food & drinks, a large smart TV with a large L shaped Sofa. a large comfy bed & a good shower! The apartment is just minutes walk from local bars, a quaint park/lake & transport services

Excelente lugar para alojarse. Muy limpio, ordenado y Anouchka estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. El sector es muy tranquilo, con excelente comunicación con el centro de la ciudad por transporte público. Muy recomendada para hospedarse si se viaja a Bruselas.

Très bel appartement ! Très grand avec un extérieur agréable ( il faudrait juste le rafraîchir un peu ). L’appartement se trouve a proximité d’un supermarché ainsi que du tram 4. Le quartier est chouette Hotel arrangeant, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure prévue Je recommande ! 😊

Très bel appartement, avec grandes baies vitrées qui laissent entrer beaucoup de lumières et offrent une belle vue sur les jardins. Le lit est très confortable, tout comme le canapé, et l'appartement équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut! En plus, il se situe juste en face des transports en commun (en ville en moins de 15mins), mais reste très calme si on souhaite se reposer. Monica était très réactive, super gentille et flexible. L'arrivée à l'appartement s'est fait sans problèmes et j'ai passé un excellent séjour! Je recommende à tous et reviendrais avec grand plaisir!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

Espaço confortável , extremamente limpo e aconchegante. Estacionamento livre de pagamentos em frente, sempre teve vaga disponível. Apartamento super novo, com utensílios e objetos novos. Aquecimento perfeito, nos atendeu muito bem. Se um dia voltar até Bruxelas ficarei novamente neste apartamento. Próximo tem supermercado de dia e de noite, restaurantes e lugares para caminhar. O anfitrião foi super prestativo e simpático, disponibilizou brinquedos e berço para meu bebê. Recomendo.

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Très joli maison, bien aménagé, disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Bel espace propre. Jacuzzi et terrasse est vraiment un plus 👍🏻 avec une belle vue. Très bel accueil, aucun soucis. A signaler que vous êtes sur une nationale et donc en journée, il y a le bruit de la circulation 😉 A recommander néanmoins !

endroit vraiment magnifique! décoré avec goût, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout le confort. la cuisine et les salles de bains sont plus que équipées. des tas de petites marques d'attentions sont présentes dans toutes les pièces pour qu'on se sente vraiment chez nous. la communication avec Sarah passe très bien, elle répond rapidement à nos messages et essaie de nous satisfaire au mieux. nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

I had a great stay at Fernando’s apartment! The place is stylish, very clean, and exactly as described. Fernando was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and made check-in easy. The location is also excellent — close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!
