We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

As SXM is my second home and being familiar with the island, Linda’s place thus far is the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Extremely comfortable and a great location with parking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Perfeito! Depois de explorar a ilha vi que estávamos no melhor lugar! Em frente a melhor e mais bonita praia da ilha! Nem 5 minutos de caminhada pelo lindo campo de golfe! Parece estar em um resort! Vista do apartamento para o campo de golfe e a praia espetacular! Tudo novo! Vale muito a pena!

Gigi's flat is absolutely gorgeous, so modern and spacious and impeccably designed. The views of the ocean from the private balcony are stunning. Gigi is also such an accommodating and thoughtful host who went above and beyond in terms of amenities provided. There are beach chairs/umbrellas and beach towels and snorkels and a cooler she allows you to use for your stay! I hope to return soon and often. If it is available, book it right away!

Naomi is een geweldige host! Zij reageerde direct op onze berichten, heel zorgvuldig en buitengewoon behulpzaam. Toen het leek dat de taxi naar het vliegveld niet zou opdagen was ze zelfs bereid om ons te brengen, wat een geweldig lieve vrouw! PS de accomodatie is op loopafstand van Mahu Beach en maar 3 minuten van Simpson Bay beach!

IT'S ONLY ONE THING THAT I RECOMMEND FOR THIS PROPERTY AND THAT'S A SOFTER MATTRESS FOR THE MAIN BEDROOM. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND WHAT I WANTED IN THE AIR BNB. HOST WAS DEFINITELY ATTENTIVE FOR ALL NEEDS. WHEN I RETURN I WOULD WANT EXACT SAME PLACE.WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

My stay was great. Very clean. The place is close to many restaurants and bars (~7 min walk).. I recommend having a car. The host was very responsive. Nice solo trip and worth it :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was super spacious and beautifully decorated, felt like a home away from home. The balcony views were incredible, especially at sunset. Location couldn't have been better,everything we needed was close by. The AC was a lifesaver after long days out, and we felt really safe and secure the entire time. Washer in unit was a plus! Would definitely stay again! Hope to stay here again when we return 🫶🏾

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Sabrina is beautiful inside and out. I felt safe with her and her husband. They are kind, peaceful and is available to assist when needed. I was advised not to stay at an Airbnb since I'm traveling solo. I am glad I didn't listen because I felt right at home. I am ready to go back St. Maarten and would definitely stay at Sabrina's again. The location is peaceful. The bedroom has dark curtains which makes the room cozy for a late morning sleep. I will recommend Sabrina's to anyone visiting St. Maarten 💕

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

WOW! This Airbnb was stunning. I couldn’t get over the view. The place was exactly like the pictures. They provided decorations and it was perfect. Amazing hosts! Such a blessing to be able to experience it.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

The villa was impeccable. For my purposes, it was well located next to the location I needed to be. It is not near “main street” and a car rental is encouraged but not essential. It is highly secure, guarded and gated. The spa and pool in the unit were very comfortable. Some more instruction for using some of the items like spa and electronics was necessary. The Villa needs completion in bathrooms; tissue paper holders, coat hooks, towel, bars, and of more extensive welcome sheet for all guests on how to use the facility. TV’s were plenty and controls are hard to use. A/C worked well. Views are incredible from all rooms. Community is neat and modern. Parking extensive. Manager is fantastic and empathetic and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

We had the pleasure of staying at Vera's place for a whole week. The location was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were lovely. Our time there was truly wonderful, and we are already looking forward to booking Vera's place again for our next visit.
