Holiday rentals with a patio in Siolim

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The duplex is absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and located in a peaceful society that made our trip even more relaxing. The serene surroundings and cozy interiors made it hard for us to leave! A special mention to Bharti didi, who was incredibly sweet and took great care of us. She truly made our stay extra special. Shalvika, our host, was fantastic—always in touch, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The only small downside was that the pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and the society’s pool rules were quite strict, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. But honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and homely stay in Goa, this is the place to be! Darren's place was amazing stay. the property is very beautiful and clean. same as shown in the pictures. Darren was very helpful as well.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place looked exactly like the photo beautiful and true to what was shown online. The view was stunning, and the entire stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway.The only issue we faced was with the parking. While they do provide parking, the space is quite small. If you're driving a larger vehicle like a Thar or an SUV, it can be a bit challenging to park. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there!

We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.
