Apartment holiday rentals in Sioux City

Dawn was very accommodating for our special requirement of needing two separate sleeping areas. We had originally booked the two-bedroom apartment, but it's previous renters wanted to stay another week in that space. Dawn contacted us asking if we would agree to use two one-bedroom apartments without increasing our rental fee. Of course we said yes and it worked out very well for us. I believe Dawn was able to keep all renters happy with her accommodating approach and problem solving ability. We left our apartments very clean to hopefully show her how much we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Felt like home

Home was wonderful and my coworker said this is one of his favorite places to stay in the area. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Abby was such a great host. She was able to extend my stay at the last minute when I needed and and has always taken the time to answer any questions I've had before and during my stay. I appreciate all she's done for me!

A really quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

Cool lil spot....gas station down the street, walmart not far, fast food within 15 minutes

This was an outstanding place to stay! Nice amenities, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a garage for parking. Debra was so kind, helpful, and accomodating. We were very impressed with the entire experience!

Love staying at this beautiful condo in the heart of Orange City. This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first time. The condo is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!

The only surprises were good ones - snacks waiting on the counter and coffee ready to go in the morning. Chris was great in both communicating and responding and made sure we had a comfortable air mattress when he learned my sister would be joining me. Clean, quiet, comfortable - a perfect place to land at the end of the day.

Ashley was a great host. It was a perfectly nice and clean cozy place. Was the perfect place to stay while being in the area for a wedding! Will stay here again the next time I’m in the area versus staying in a hotel! Appreciate Ashley being such a great host!

We were there to hunt deer and This was a perfect set up for hunters we each got our own room so if someone didnt want to hunt , the others didnt disturb them - we also loved the community kitchen / dining room , where we shared meals , stories , games , and other entertainment while we were there - we will be returning to this set up in future years - thanks Christy !!

Dave and his wife were incredibly open and friendly; providing perfect instructions to things for which I asked directly and those that I had not yet asked. The property is serene; wildlife (deer, turkey, birds), flowers, trees….all magnificent. The interior of the location was just as amazing. Whether it be the open layout or the decor; you feel the care and personal touches Dave and his wife put into it.

Shannon’s cottage was a great space for my friend and I for a quick trip. It was clean, comfortable, and with in walking distance to everything. Shannon was very communicative and helpful.
