Apartment holiday rentals in Sioux Falls

This rental is a cute little upper/lower-level house with separate entrances for each unit. I previously stayed in the upper level and loved it --the lower-level unit was as pristine as I expected and was a great place to stay for the week. Would definitely recommend as a single or multi night destination.

Rubin was very easy to work with. He was proactive in getting us important information about our stay, and was there if we needed anything. The place had a good amount of sleeping space, and was worth the charged rate. 5 stars!

Kayla's place is amazing and has everything one needs. The location is within walking distance to all the main sights in Sioux Falls. Her dining tips are amazing. the flat looks like in the pictures, is easy to find and the check-in was very convenient. Thank you for hosting us!

This studio apartment was a perfect stay. It didn't feel small or cramped. The ceilings were high and the natural lighting from the windows was great. She provides a noise machine which I really appreciated. It wasn't load by any means but I'm a light sleeper so this helps. This place is on the top floor of a building where there are 2 businesses on the ground level. You have to walk upstairs to get to this unit. The building has camera's everywhere outside and it is well lit at night. Which for someone traveling solo cross country with my life in my car this was a huge plus for me. The extra security anywhere is always welcomed. The home is really close and walkable to downtown and the falls. The place was spotless and I felt very at home here for my couple night stay. I'd give the bed a 7/10 for comfort. I brought my own pillow so I can't speak on that. Kayla gives great recommendations & is quick to respond to messages.

Charlotte was a very kind and lovely hostess reaching out right away to introduce herself and provide suggestions for our stay with our kids. The cozy corner was definitely that and had a lot of amenities to offer especially for families with younger children when staying! Our family would definitely stay here again when planning our Sioux Falls vacation.

Dave’s place was perfect for my 4-night stay in Sioux Falls. The bedroom was large and equipped with what I needed. I’m sure the kitchen is also well stocked but I didn’t cook at all. The other guests in the house were very friendly and welcoming. Dave went above and beyond as a host. He offered to pick me up at the airport and even when my flight was delayed until midnight, he still came for me. I also rented his minivan which was great to get around the city. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe coming and going from the house at all hours. A great find in Sioux Falls!

We stayed at this property on the hottest day of the summer thus far. Air conditioning wasn’t keeping up but thankfully the host had new units put in place before we showed up. Other neighbors were loud all hours of the night which happens from time to time. I wasn’t really too worried about it. Unit 2 is clean and user friendly. Sherri the host was very prompt when it came to messages. Getting into the unit was easy. Having full use of a garage instead of parking on the street was really nice. Bed was comfy. Being just a few minutes from the premiere center was really nice. Overall, I’d stay again.

This place is the perfect location to take in the downtown vibe and get around on foot. We also came to ride the bike trail, and there is an access point just a block away. We had a great stay!

We have a great 2 night stay here. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the apartment was literally minutes from the fields. Having laundry in the unit was perfect to wash uniforms. They had great snacks as well! Very easy to communicate any questions. Would definitely stay again if we came back up to the area.

This place was very cozy and comfortable in a great location - an easy walk to Falls Park and the farmers market. I would stay here again!

Nickolas’ place is both beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient to pretty much anywhere in town and the neighborhood is very safe/quiet Nickolas and Brian were very responsive and exceedingly friendly/helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great place to stay, especially with a young kiddo, toys and pool were a hit for her! Apartment was clean and most definitely exceed my expectations! Would definitely stay again!
