Holiday rentals with a patio in Šipan

Helt sanslöst bra lägenhet och värd! Bästa vi har upplevt och då är detta nog minst den tjugonde resan som vi bokar via AirBnB eller motsvarande tjänst. Återkommer vi till Dubrovnik igen så är det en självklarhet att vi kommer tillbaka till denna lägenhet och till Vinko och Marijana. Tips, det är backigt och många trappor i området. Det tar cirka 10 minuters promenad ner till hamnen, 8 av dessa är i trappor nedför. :-) Vi gick ner och sedan tog vi ofta Uber på hemvägen. Höjd skillnaden ner till hamnen är nästa 100 meter, vilket kan vara jobbigt för äldre/handikappade såklart MEN höjden gör ju också att utsikten från lägenhetens stora härliga balkong blir därefter också - helt enkelt spektakulär!!! Stort tack till Marijana och Vinko för ert snabba kommunicerande och vänliga mottagande. Extra uppskattat med de tips om lokala höjdpunkter som ni delade med er av till oss.

Mein Freund ich hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Davors Apartment. Der Check-In lief anfangs etwas holprig aufgrund der Straßenführung und -beschilderung in Dubrovnik. Aber Davor war stets erreichbar und hat geholfen, wo er konnte. Generell lief die Kommunikation toll und Davor ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und niedlich, perfekt für zwei Gäste. Der Banje-Strand war in 5min erreichbar und die Altstadt circa 15min fußläufig entfernt. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Thank you Jelena!

Danijela is een zeer leuke en behulpzame dame, we hebben een boot tour gedaan en ze heeft alles van a tot Z geregeld! We hebben ook een eten besteld en we kwamen er niet uit toen heeft Danijela het voor ons besteld en kwam in goeie orde aan! Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan en een wereld gastvrouw!! Dank je wel voor deze unieke ervaring en wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Truly a 5 star property. Beautiful, modern, comfortable condo with a terrace giving you incredible views of Lokrum, old town and the Adriatic. We were 4 adults and plenty of space. We cooked one night and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to old town. We highly recommend.

Adorei me hospedar no apartamento da Silvana, espaço limpo e agradável, com ótima localização, e perto da praia. Silvana muito prestativa e humana, tive um grande problema com a minha mala e ela se prontificou a ajudar! Muito obrigada, se um dia voltar a Dubrovnik, com certeza me hospedarei lá 🙏🏻❤️

Amazing BnB and amazing host. Sinisa and his family were so lovely and made us feel right at home. Everything that we needed for our stay was available, and the apartment was newly refurbished and in pristine condition. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight, but Sinisa was there to welcome us, and get us into the appartment. He was very responsive and gave good recommendations throughout the week. The patio in the sun was amazing and the views spectacular across the bay. There were two paddle boards for your private use which was great fun, and it enabled the two older members of the group who would have never have tried it to have a go. There was a BBQ to use so right by the water, and loungers on the side where you could swim from. Parking was available right outside the apartment and the drive into Dubrovnik easy, however we used Ubers, simply so we didnt have to worry about parking in Dubrovnik. Thank you Sinisa for a lovely week.

Antonija es un AMOR de persona y su apartamento lo tiene preparado de manera perfecta. Todo impecable, decorado con un gusto exquisito y equipado con todo lo necesario. Realmente quedamos felices de hospedarnos alli. Nos hubiese gustado quedarnos mas días, pero nuestras vacaciones llegaban a su fin. :) La ubicación es perfecta ya que se puede ir a pie al casco histórico de la ciudad amurallada (es una lindisima caminata de unos 15 o 20 minutos) y se disfruta de estar hospedado alejado del bullicio. El departamento tiene una vista a la marina que realmente es un SUEÑO. Pudimos disfrutar del atardecer desde la ventana todos los días que estuvimos. Hay un minimercado a unos 2 minutos caminando (unos 500 mts) Pudimos dejar estacionado el auto que habiamos alquilado en la calla justo abajo del edificio y nos movimos en la ciudad siempre a pie o en Uber. Recomendable hacer eso! Quedamos felices! lo SUPER RECOMIENDO!!

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

My wife and I stayed here with parents and family for the first time and we will be back for sure. The house is really unique, beach is basicly in front of house. Everything is so peacfull and place is brand new . Hosts were very welcoming , provided everything we needed !

Lovely place to stay. Nikolina was a great host and very helpful with information on how to get around the city and things to do there. The listing was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our stay.

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Le logement proposé par Dragan, vaut le détour, c’est un beau logement très bien entretenu. Dragan est très réactif aux demandes que vous pouvez avoir, il vous fournira une multitude de liens utiles, pour l’emplacement du logement, des vues sur Dubrovnik, des magasins alentours, des bons plans pour les visites etc etc Bref. N’hésitez surtout pas, vous ne serez pas déçus et la maman de Dragan est tout aussi gentille et accueillante…

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Great place! Great host! If you stay at this place you don’t need to rent a car to visit Dubrovnik. You can easily walk to old town as well as to sunset beach! Recommended 10/10.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay, with everything you need and ample amounts of space Lovely walk down into Cavtat (would recommend the bus back up!!)

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
