Holiday houses in Šipanska Luka

Das Apartment ist in einem wunderschönen Steinhaus in der Bucht von Šipanska Luka. Das Haus ist perfekt renoviert, mit einer einzigartigen Terrasse, die auch alles hat, tolle Aussenmöbelierung, Sonnenschutz, Markisen usw. Auch die Aussenbeleuchtung, super. Einfach alles durchdacht! Bravo! Innen ist es auch fantastisch eingerichtet, schön und modern mit einer tollen Küche, die etwas erhöht ist. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts! Wir waren total happy!! Auch die Kommunikation mit Tanja, der Dame vor Ort: perfekt! Immer hilfsbereit und nett. Vom Apartment sind es nur paar Minuten zur Bucht, wo man schön baden kann. Wäre schön, wenn es öfters solche Apartments hätte, die ihren Preis wert sind. Gratulation zu diesem kleinen Juwel

Great spot, very easy walk to old city and nearby grocery store. Would stay again

Mein Freund und ich waren 6 Nächte bei Renato in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit hausgemachtem Schnaps und Snacks in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hält alles bereit, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung bleibt auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen kühl, eine Klimaanlage ist aber auch vorhanden. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist ein Traum - ob aus dem Schlafzimmer, den Terrassen oder dem Wohnzimmer. Wir haben viele Stunden dort verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Neben den entspannenden Terrassen gab es auch einen privaten Meerzugang, der zwei Liegen bereit hält. Renato war die ganze Zeit erreichbar. Bei An- und Abreise hatten wir nette Gespräche mit wertvollen Tips zur Umgebung (viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis einer halben Stunde zu erreichen). Bei der Abreise brachte uns Renato noch eine Snacktüte für die Weiterfahrt. Sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay in Franica’s home. - she is a great host. The house is spotlessly clean, well equipped with very comfortable beds. The laundry room was very useful as we were travelling around. The best part though is the fabulous view from the terraces - a great place to sit with a coffee or glass of wine. There are a number of steps up but we’re in our mid sixties and managed them - Franica kindly carried our bags up. Loved the island of Sipan and especially Sipanska Luca.

Beautiful, freshly renowated house in a quiet, peaceful, small fishermen's town. Three storey house, air conditioning on all floors, two bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen, charming patio. All one minute away from the shore. Friendly and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend this place.

This stay was perfect in every way. The photos can’t capture just how lovely the home and the property are. Being at the house was as much of an experience as the rest of the island. We loved the breeze flowing through the open windows as we cooked. We loved the architecture and decor and lighting. The house is in a great location, close enough to the harbor (where the restaurants and market are), a beautiful hike to a cliff side church, and several beaches (some rocky, one sandy). Also, going in May, the beginning of the season, meant the island was peaceful. The afternoons were sunny and warm. The evenings had cozy thunderstorms. It was hard to leave!

Het is een prachtig huis in een hele rustige, schitterende omgeving. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. Goede bedden en werkelijk alles was brandschoon. Als je van dubrovnik en omgeving wil genieten is dit een perfecte keuze. Strand was zo'n 7 minuten lopen.

We had a wonderful stay at Katarina's house in Sipanska Luka. Katarina is very open, friendly and a very good host. We enjoyed the view from the beautiful terrace, we felt comfortable in the apartment, we didn't miss anything. Katarina also gave us some vegetables straight from her beautiful garden. Due to the fact that there were no new guests on the same day, we could stay longer in the apartment after checking out until our ferry left. We would really like to come back to Katarina's apartment and to beautiful Sipanska Luka. So, a warm recommendation from us.
