Villa holiday rentals in Siquijor

We had a great stay in Skye’s apartment. It is clearly worth the price. The unit is very spacious and peaceful for us (7 persons). The living room is very spacious as well and a dining set that can accommodate a big family. It has a high end set of furnitures and fixtures. The kitchen exudes a modern and minimalist aesthetic. It has clean, inviting, and has stylish space. It has complete set of cooking and baking wares needed especially if you are a kitchen person and would just like to stay at home. Comfort rooms are literally very comfortable to use and spacious. The apartment also has a big open area where the occupants can use for outdoor family activities and for parking. Restaurants and bars are also very accessible. I would definitely book again and would highly recommend to others.

A good place to stay but good for 3-4 persons only. With the sudden power outage in the island, they have solar ready so nothing to worry about. Thank you for accommodating us and for being so responsive.

I stayed here for a month and Angel created a place with a high feel-good factor with attention to the details. She was very helpful and always took care of my concerns. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place to be. The 2 Golden Retrievers are super intimate and were a real enrichment. Comfortable bed, good internet for working. PS: Don't trust Google Maps, the fastest routes are not always so pleasant to drive, but there are two really good routes. It's best to ask Angela and don't try it on my own fist like I do.

Lu was very helpful, and accommodated our last-minute change of plans, and promptly refunded us for the unused days.

quiet place acces to activity around agreable

Amazing house right in front of the ocean overlooking Apo Island. The garden is very well kept by friendly workers. The house had all imaginable amenities and was comfortable. Easy access to the diveshop next door and the amazing Tropika restaurant. Otherwise on land there is not much to do. Just what we were looking for. May may was a great host too and would take care of our needs in just minutes. 10/10 would come again.

Franklina's place was soo good. One of the best fit-for-purpose airbnbs Ive been in around the world. I had to work remotely during the day and then was diving at night and this was perfect. Balcony has sea view, powerpoints and fan!! Ideal work conditions. Pool was awesome, marine sanctuary at the front. Kitchen was fantastic and there is a deli with cheeses, wine etc 3 min walk away. Ricky on site could help with everything, even picking up my washing when the laundromat forgot to wash it and I had to leave. He also met me to check in at midnight. Even in one day of torrential rain I could still work from the balcony amd watch the storm. Very beautifully decorated and everything seems brand new. Night diving was also world class!! I was so sad to leave this place. Resturant across the road does amazing vegan (and non vegan) food and will bring it to your room too!! Such a great place to stay - infintely better than any hotel!

Quiet area of the island and a perfect place to stay for a peaceful retreat. The staff were super lovely, very helpful and the rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The food was local and fresh making breakfast and dinner an additional thing to look forward to. Alongside the team there was the owner Marcel who made us feel so welcome and at home. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a relaxing island escape.

Jojo's Villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the pool / ocean view is such a majestic experience. Beds are super comfy and house was well stocked. Jojo is very quick to reply to all questions. She coordinated a driver for us, Archie, who also served as our planning coordinator and local guide, recommend! We lucked out on the first night because Jojo and her family and friends were having a BBQ behind the main Bldg and we were welcomed in like family! My main goal for this trip was to show my kids the Filipino culture, and eating BBQ and singing karaoke with Jojo's family is as close as anyone can get to experiencing the culture. AC in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the hot water in the bathrooms. Quite a few resturants within walking distance and I felt safe walking around at all times. There was always someone in the pool area if I had a question. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the staff-hugs! We really had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!!

The place is very accessible and we enjoyed our stay. Their staff is very accomodating with our requests. During our stay it rained so we'd say Wifi is ok for working if you don't need to be in a meeting.

I really enjoyed my time at Loly’s Place. A fabulous home with awesome host and cohost. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Hopefully it will be completed soon. Miriam and Skye welcomed me into their family and made me feel right at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Loly’s place and if I return to Dumaguete, I’d stay there again

The place is nice and cozy. Staff are approachable and accomodating. Has a great view and perfect place to unwind. A lot of space for pets to roam. The beach is on the rocky side but still manageable, some of the house appliance needs maintenance. I wish they informed us ahead of time that pets aren't allowed inside the room so we could bring their beds as they sleep on the hallway. Overall we had a great time and we were satistified with outlr stay.

I've stayed in a few AirBNBs in dumaguete and Mirams place was absolutely amazing. ACs are modern splits, whisper quiet and blow icy air. Showers are large walk-in, with multiple heads and powerful pressure that can provide endless hot water. The building is quiet and set back from the street, close all the windows and it is insulated very well. Internet is fast, every unit gets a WiFi strategically set up by their place for really fast speeds. Everything works well and tidy. No doors that half close, or broken steps, no sewer smell from old toilet systems. basically everything is modern and works perfectly and the hosts explained to me that they are diligent about maintenance etc. you are steps away from a few really nice restaurants and corner stores. trikes are super easy to hail and get where you need to go. i rented a scooter and you can safely park it on the property overnight..i was unable to do this everywhere else.. i will definitely be back
