We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

The place is much better than it looks in the photos. It is in an excellent area with quick access. It is very spacious, clean and modern.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, went during the hottest month and A/Cs cooled the rooms, pool was helpful and clean save for a few leaves but that’s inevitable. Kitchen is fully stocked even with a blender and coffee. Loved my stay here, would stay again!

Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much

We loved our time at Louise’s home. It felt like we hit the Airbnb jackpot. It was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed during all our visits to Mérida. Everything was just as pictured, but even better in person. The location is perfect, very close to all the restaurants and La Plancha. You’ll be glad you stayed here!

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was fantastic. We have stayed in lots of chelem beach houses. This was amazing and one of our favorites. The pool is everything. The space is huge and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Fully equipped with super reliable internet. Incredibly responsive hosts. The fact that this host also provided water for our entire stay was awesome. Thanks again!!

Our second stay, this time for 9 blissful nights! We were so lucky to have found Casa Miramar last year, and we've met there in our dreams many times since. It was amazing to be at "our home away from home" again! As soon as you walk down its sandy lane, you see the ocean waving hello. The home has everything you need: a gorgeous pool, beautiful beach, so many places to relax, a well-stocked kitchen, a TV room with an unparalleled ocean view, an upper deck overlooking the sunrise/sunset, and the comfiest beds! We love escaping the rest of the world and just "being" at Casa Miramar. It is cup-filling, idyllic, and magical! And Chelem is an absolute gem with friendly people, fantastic food, and easy public transport. Finally, Tony and Nestor - truly two of the kindest, warmest, most thoughtful people who take such care to make sure you have everything you need. Casa Miramar brings us so much joy, but they fill our hearts with love and friendship! We can't wait to return again next year!

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Nice central place, quiet area, many shops nearby and easy to connect with places of interest.

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!
