We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was excellent — very quick, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself is just perfect — ideally located on a quiet street, yet just around the corner from cafes and shops. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, but we were informed about that in advance — and honestly, the beautiful view is worth every step! You're just a short walk from the ferry dock, which makes it easy to explore different parts of Istanbul by boat. There are also many great sights within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need, whether for a short or long stay. We combined work and vacation — and working with a view of the Bosphorus was pure joy. We would love to come back!

Trust me, it was a very comfortable and beautiful stay. Everything is integrated and clean. The elevator is available, but it is small and a little old, and the safety is high. First of all, the host always responded to my questions very quickly. I had no issues checking in and out. In addition, he helped in using the promised services (pool, etc.). It provided a very enjoyable accommodation experience. The house was clean, the view was magnificent. It was a house I would definitely want to stay in again.

Busra’s place is in a great location and despite being a busy part of town, very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was perfect for our 5 days stay with our daughter. Comfortable and really nice space. Location near the metro, shops and cafes and restaurants. Big benefit, Busra and her husband super friendly and nice, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend and we would stay again with Busra!

Great apartment in Şişli. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, still quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and matched the description. The apartment felt cozy and secure, perfect to relax after a day exploring the city. Abdullah Fatih was responsive and helpful, communication was very good from start to finish. Recommanded!

Every time I visit Istanbul I stay at this place. Conveniently located, spacious and quiet. Washing machine and dryer are equipped and it helps to reduce luggage. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It's even better than the pictures. The layout is great and it's very comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The backyard area is private to the unit and accessible from the living room and the bedroom, which is wonderful. There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, and a brand new air conditioning in the bedroom and also in the living room. The neighborhood of Nisantasi is really energetic and lively- tons of restaurants and cafes, and shopping, and a big park nearby. As an American, it kind of felt like the Beverly Hills of Istanbul. Very local area, didn't see any tourists! Fun neighborhood to experience. And last but not least, Banu is a wonderful, warm, kind, and helpful host. Really enjoyed out stay and definitely recommend!

all in one it was quite okay, only the location was very noisy and unfavorable to public transport, so that every time a short distance to the bus station by taxi had to be made. The window could hardly be opened because it was really very noisy outside alone. The stove top could not be used because it was broken so that food had to be ordered every time or had to be taken away. The dryer was extremely littered and was not clean. In the washing machine there was still old laundry and has liked it, so that even these two appliances could not be used to us but was actually very important and decisive for the fact that we did not book a hotel room but an apartment. You can't do anything in the area. There were no options except a restaurant that did not appeal to us.

we chose this property because we knew the area. Can was great. we needed more plates and other things and it was sent immediately. bedding could possibly do with updating. overall, good all rounders. thank you Can.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The building has 24/7 security and a reception desk, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was extremely polite and responsive, always ready to help. Having free parking in the building was a huge plus. The location is excellent—very central and close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
