A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

We had a wonderful short stay in the shepherd’s hut, located in convenient reach of Bath. The setting was peaceful and tranquil, offering the perfect escape from the bustle of everyday life. We absolutely loved the layout and décor of the hut – thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented. Our two-night stay was to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and this charming retreat couldn’t have been more perfect. The evenings spent at the hut gave us the time and space to reflect, unwind, and simply enjoy each other’s company. Although the hut feels delightfully rural and secluded, it’s still within reach of modern conveniences – the fact that we could get an Uber-delivered takeaway was an unexpected bonus! All in all, a memorable and special stay – we’d highly recommend it.

All was as described. It was lovely having the extras of, milk,bread,juice,water, mayonaise,tea,coffee,chocolate bars,cereal,oil,salt& pepper. Plus toiletries, bath & hand towels, washing up liquid & sponge & tea towel & kitchen roll. The bedroom was spacious with enough hangers in the wardrobe, good size t.v. The bathroom & kitchen were also spacious. It was nice and quiet at the back and lovely overlooking the well kept garden. weather mixed for sitting out unfortunately. Also handy having a car parking space on the drive. Overall a very enjoyable stay and close enough to visit family in the local area over the Easter bank Holiday weekend. Lynne & Ian.

Such a cute barn. It has absolutely everything you need for a few days away, including lots of cutlery. The bed was incredibly comfortable, I could have slept for days. Though it was an open plan, each area felt very spacious and it wasn’t too light in the mornings. Comfortable sofa where you can put your feet up. Heats up and cools down quickly if changing the temperature. Great sized shower and bath also. We would highly recommend!

This was our second stay and for two nights this time. Accommodation was as expected from both description and previous stay, quiet enough for a poor sleeper to get sufficient sleep and an added bonus of milk and biscuits on arrival. We would definitely book to stay again if looking for accommodation in the area.
