Overall a great experience for staying with families. The design was so appealing in minimalist fashion. Some detail to improve is the cleanliness (candle in bathtub is a bit dirty from dirt, blinds were stained, etc). With the price range you’d expect to get more amenities (they don’t have lotion or other personal touches).

This was my first time in Bandung and I initially stayed at Landmark Apartments near Paskal. That place doesn’t even compare to this one, despite costing nearly double the price. Honestly, this apartment exceeded all my expectations. The views are stunning, every amenity is thoughtfully provided, and the attention to detail is impressive. The LED TV is massive and adds a luxurious touch. The host is incredibly friendly and very responsive, which is rare these days. If you’re visiting Bandung and unsure where to stay, just book this place without a second thought. It’s right in the heart of the city, with malls, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Highly recommended from my side.

We had a short one night stay and everything exceeded expectations. Before arrival, the kozystay team sent detailed check-in instructions via text. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by their staff that very professional, just like a hotel experience. The apartment feels new, which definitely adds to the comfort. Everything was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos, unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the past, where the reality didn’t match the listing. A big plus: they provided a baby crib, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch for families. Location wise, it’s very convenient just a short walk to Pasar Lengkong and close to a nearby city center. I highly recommend this place, reliable quality that’s rare to find in many Airbnb in Indonesia.
