The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.
