The villa belongs to a modern complex of 5 elegant villas with a shared pool and a wonderful view. Each 4-person villa is 65 sq.m., with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers). Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, espresso maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.), outdoor furniture, BBQ, playground, garden, parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. It is a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach, 10 minutes from the village of Kryopigi and 80 km from Thessaloniki airport.

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. I will be happy to give you tips about Fourka, nice taverns, beaches and other things you can do in Chalkidiki. Feel free to ask me :)

Exclusive vacation home, stylish and modernly furnished for comfortable living for the whole family and friends. On the ground floor is the loft-like living room with built-in kitchen and large dining table as well as a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms and 6 terraces. In the basement there is a shower cabin, toilet, bar and another living room. The garden includes a swimming pool, a gazebo and a barbecue area.

Stay with your family, in this lovely home with plenty of room for moments of joy. The property is located on the ground floor of a two-story cottage with a self-contained entrance. It has a large garden on both sides and is very comfortable and safe. It is an excellent choice for a family with young children. According to Greek law, a Climate Resilience Fee (TAAK) is in force, which amounts to €8 per night, paid separately upon arrival.
