NEWLY REMODELED! Our beautiful home close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom. There is a queen futon in the 2nd living room. Many guests comment that sitting on the patio furniture in the morning with their coffee looking at the green and lush mountains is their favorite thing about the house.
