The cabin is located right on a lake with swimming and fishing opportunities. You have a panoramic view of the water and the Gausta peak from the living room. The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell winterland.Approximately 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country slopes. The location right between Bø and Notodden offers opportunities for shopping and restaurants. In the summer it is possible to rent the canoe ( in sharing with my other cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- per day.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Cabin in the middle of everything Telemark has to offer. The cabin is centrally located at Jønnbu (Lifjell), but at the same time it is secluded by a small lake.
