We loved the villa so much! The view is just amazing and the pool is perfect. Kristina and Kyriakos are perfect hosts and had lots of recommendations. They were also very helpful and cared for us with some groceries in the fridge. You need a car to experience Zakynthos and its beaches. I can only recommend staying here!

This is a magical villa with an amazing view. Super clean and modern accommodations. Perfect for 2 couples to coexist very comfortably. We spent our days exploring the incredible island but we always looked forward to getting back to the house to lounge in the pool. We walked to great restaurants and shopping in 10 minutes. The host is so friendly and responsive. I hope to go back again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Lovely Villa with 3 large bedrooms. Easy to park and about 25 mins walk to the main Skala restaurants

We felt welcome and it was like coming home when we entered the Villa. Sakis our host was always reachable and was always supportive. The Villa was cleaned every day. We had a wonderful and enjoyable time within a nice location and just 5min walk to a very nice small beach and very nice restaurants. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We can highly recommend sakis Villa without any hesitation. Thanks Sakis for the great hospitality.

The villa was beautiful, very special and we felt safe and peaceful. Andreas came everyday to check the pool and Irena cleaned every two days, both of them very kind and lovely people. Valia’s communication was amazing and she recommended Explore cars to hire a car who met us at the airport and gave us a great deal. There was a huge storm the night we arrived and the place flooded. Valia ensured Irena came by with more towels the next day as we’d used them to stop the water. Stepping out of your garden into the sea is such a wonderful privilege and waking up to watch the sunrise here is incredible.

A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

Octopus Garden stands out as one of our all time favourite Airbnb locations! Ideal in every way! My son and I felt instantly at home! Agia Effimia is a tranquil, cozy village away from it all, yet Argostoli was an easy drive that we made several times to beauty spots on the other side of Kefalonia. The proximity to Sami was a massive plus, as there are tons of sights and lovely shopping. The house is spacious and had everything that one could possibly need. My son enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. The wash machine was extremely handy. Thank you so much for leaving so many goodies for us. It was nice not to have to run out immediately for supplies and groceries. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, as the restaurants in town were amazing! Amalia and Cafe Fior D’amore were our go-to’s. I will miss doing my yoga on the terrace overlooking the bay and listening and to the morning song. We loved the sweet, black cat who always greeted us and shared our sun spots!

The villa was amazing, even more beautiful than the photos. The pool and the grounds surrounding are very well kept. Kostas met us on check in, spent some time with us with a map of the island and highlighted the places he thought we should go, based on us telling him what we wanted from our holiday. We went to 95% of the places of which were all amazing, so his recommendations were spot on. Ideally located to access the main towns and a variety of beaches. We would definitely recommend this villa and will absolutely be returning in the future.

We recently enjoyed a lovely week at Sall Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and serviced daily by attentive staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Mornings were blissful as we lounged by the pool, which unfortunately loses sun after 1 PM, but that didn't bother us. We simply transitioned to the beautiful nearby beach for the afternoon. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Agios, and there are several charming tavernas within a few minutes' stroll. Overall, a fantastic spot for relaxation and enjoyment

Staying in the villa feels like staying at home: it’s cozy, well equipped, decorated with love and Angie and her family are all incredibly nice. A huge bonus- they can prepare food for you which is with home grown vegetables and tastes amazing. We had no issues with the check in or when leaving and I feel we were very lucky to have found this place. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous view and the privacy of a whole house, this is your place. 🧡

The Villa exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have any issues but Anastasios was always available and very responsive to messages. The daily maid service was excellent and really enhanced our stay. The villa is very well equipped and the outside space is amazing. The location of the villa is within easy walking distance to town but far enough away not to get any noise, a very peaceful location. This was important to us as we were traveling with a baby. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back next year.

Great apartment with a wonderful view of the valley and sea from the terrace. Landlady Hermina was super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the beach of Petani around the corner. Nothing was missing, some coffee was available on arrival. We were very satisfied, it was very quiet at the beginning of June, great for relaxing. We only used the kitchen sparingly, but it was well equipped. Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable.

Really lovely stay, perfect size accommodation for 2 people, and a little plunge pool to enjoy in the mornings before heading out. Plus incredible views across the mountains! You would definitely need a car to get around down to the beach and restaurants. Dimitris is really helpful and has so many recommendations to send across and tell you all about. He kindly gave us pool towels in addition to regular house towels which was very useful during our stay. Would highly recommend staying.

Lovely, quiet place among the olive trees. Apartment has all the amenities and Maria is a great hostess. The town is little and in the late season almost everything is closed. Nice base to discover the south, including the capital. Also nice: it is only a 20-minute drive to the airport.

This house has everything you need and more! The views are spectacular and the surroundings were so quiet and peaceful. Very very clean. Great owner and host. Perfect for a family of 4! We absolutely loved it

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

Fantastic stay :-) The house is very well accommodated by Spyros' wife, she thought of everything you might need. Everything is spotlessly clean, nice and big kitchen, really good bed etc.... The garden and places to sit and relax are really great. The location is superb because you live in a small street with greek people! The center is very close, it took us only a 5 minute walk. Please do not hesitate to book this place it is well worth it's money! The hosts are very friendly and communicate very good, if you have any questions they respond almost immediately! If we revisit Kefalonia we will go back there without any doubt :-)

Wow! What a place. Everything you would need and the attention Marios provided in making sure I had a great trip was second to none, even producing a personalised itinerary and organising a hire car for me. It's such a unique spot in the middle of a vineyard, and a great base to explore Zakynos. The photos are spot on and capture it perfectly. I just wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! We had the most amazing time at this property, our check in was flexible and we were welcomed by Maria. The property was exactly as described, in fact was more beautiful and located in a peaceful and authentic area. Maria is brilliant, she was genuinely friendly and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches and view points. She kept in regular contact and could not have been kinder. Located at he northern tip of the island, the property is perfect to explore the quieter areas. We loved our evenings sat on the terrace, looking across coast line and watching the moon rise.
