House holiday rentals in Skala Sotiros

We have been on holiday with the family annually at least twice a year. This one landed in top 3 directly! Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, beautiful city of Kavala nearby. Most of all, what a great host(s). Nothing was impossible. Harry was there 24/7 upon needing! You just need to give him a call. I most definitely recommend this super luxurious accommodation and the best host we ever had! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a fabulous 10 days at Akile's place in Kallirachi. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed the view and the pool. Akile was very helpful and accommodating with check in and bringing us a fan as it was so hot - thank you. Great place to stay :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Gastgeber und es wurde gut um uns gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein und wirklich schön gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir hätten ihn zu gerne benutzt, leider hat uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Aber ansonsten gab es alles was wir brauchten. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sogar mit Grill-Kohle versorgt und unser Auto abgespült nach dem Saharastaub. Das war wirklich lieb. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Für uns waren die zwei Nächte ein schöner Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter und wir würden wieder kommen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Mein Aufenthalt bei Orestis war einfach nur top! Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was man (auch für einen längeren) Aufenthalt braucht und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch wenige andere Villen, aber man hat trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist eher am Ortsrand und sehr ruhig. Ein Auto während des Aufenthalts ist ratsam, da der nächste Supermarkt etc. zwar nicht weit ist, aber auch nicht direkt ums Eck. Orestis hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und auch proaktiv Tipps etc. gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

We spent 12 days at Igor’s stunning hilltop villa in Thassos and can’t recommend it highly enough! From arrival—greeted with a basket of fresh fruit, bottled water, and daily essentials—you’ll feel right at home. Igor’s lightning-fast communication made check-in effortless, and he responded instantly to any inquiry with genuine warmth. The immaculate villa boasts generously sized bedrooms (each with its own TV), a fully equipped office space with Starlink Wi-Fi, and an abundance of plush towels. Outdoors, unwind in the heated pool at sunset while enjoying panoramic Aegean views, or watch kids roam free in the secure, expansive yard. Breakfast on the sun-drenched terrace was a daily ritual we looked forward to. Nestled minutes from charming villages and pristine beaches, this villa seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and serenity. Perfect for families, remote workers, and anyone seeking an unforgettable Greek escape. Five stars all the way!

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist relativ klein, zu zweit kein Problem, zu dritt wird es eng. Ausstattung ist gut, vollständige Küche, Klimaanlage und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Christiana war top, schnell, freundlich und flexibel! Adam hat sogar auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen. Danke! Zu Fuß ist die Stadt in ca. 40min zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch abends nett auf der Terasse sitzen. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte: - die Nachbarn können etwas laut sein und haben einen Hund, der gerne auch morgens einmal länger bellt. - die Straßen um die Wohnung sind sehr eng, die Parkplatzsuche mit dem Auto kann manchmal etwas schwierig sein. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Better than expected. Private, but only a short walk from restaurants and shops. Nice views from both of the balconys. Beautiful house and wonderful host.

The accomodation exceeded our expectarions. It’s located inna private area, a little outside the town but you have supermarket and caffe at a walkable distance. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. The small bathroom has a shower too, and we reduced the waiting time by a lot, glad to that. We will defenitely return here, when we will come back in Thassos

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

Thanks for amazing time! The flat was wonderful, all the photos accurately reflect reality. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a surprise from the Despoina’s mother in the form of a sweet compliment. We accidentally slammed the door and left the keys inside the apartment. Deapoina's mom kindly opened the apartment for us and there were no problems. Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Lena and Yanis were fantastic hosts - warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the start. The house was clean, cozy, and just enough for two families and a toddler who instantly fell in love with the yard. They were always available if we needed anything, yet gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. The location is great too - shops and taverns are just around the corner, so everything you need is within walking distance. And the sea is just a 3-minute walk away, with a couple of lovely beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again!

We loved our stay here! The place is so beautiful right at the water, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea. It was also super clean, we felt very comfortable. Afroditi and her husband were so friendly, gave us recommendations for the area and restaurants, and even brought us fresh vegetables and eggs from their garden and some homemade gifts as well. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back some time.

Hi, This is a luxury apartment, furnished with a lot of good taste. Irini, the host was always there to support us with any need we may had. The apartment is spotless clean, bed sheets are changed every 2-3 days. The location is very quiet. We would recommend it 100%

A great location. A few minutes walk from 2 different beautiful beaches. The house was spotless. It has a very sweet and well-kept garden. There is no parking problem. Christos and his father are very hospitable. They always gave us treats. We were very happy to stay in this house. I hope we will come back one day.

We just LOVED Dimitrios's place. The place was super cozy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped with decent WiFi, and plenty of space both indoors and out, to have such an amazing, quiet, peaceful stay. It was right on the water, and hearing the sound of the gentle waves during our stay was so relaxing. And Dimitrios was such a wonderful, kind host, responding very quickly to anything we needed and just being very helpful. Would absolutely go back and stay here :)
