Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Skala Sotiros

Two of us spent a week in the apartment. It is relatively small, no problem for two, but it will be tight for three. The amenities are good, full kitchen, air conditioning and very clean. The contact with Christiana was great, fast, friendly and flexible! Adam even waited for us, even though we arrived after midnight. Thank you! The city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes. But you can also sit nicely on the terrace in the evening. The only criticisms: - The neighbors can be a bit loud and have a dog that likes to bark for a while in the morning. - The streets around the apartment are very narrow, finding a parking space by car can sometimes be a bit difficult. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great place and great host. We had to leave early but we enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy and there was available parking.

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

We’re a family with a young child coming from a big city, and this place was exactly what we needed! It’s quiet, convenient, and surrounded by nature. The large patio was a big highlight — perfect for relaxing while the little one played safely. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for peace and space in beautiful Potos!

They say “nowhere like home” but here, we had a great time, just like at our home. A splendor to serve your coffee on the terrace, hearing the waves of the sea and having the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset ! A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

The house was amazing, we had everything we needed and it is right to the beach. We communicated couple times with the host and she helped us with everything! I highly recommend the place! Thank you for having us! 🫶🏻

Very good accommodation and the host is welcoming. She responded quickly when we had questions and was very flexible according to our "constraints". We highly recommend it!

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

A more comfortable experience than five-star hotels. A house furnished with pleasure, there is a great management team. Cleaning staff are also very good at their job and very successful in terms of hygiene

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

The location of the house is in a perfect spot. There is a very nice beach in front of you and a bazaar a 5 minute walk away. Very nice location to go out during the day, evening or night. The entrance to the house was very easy, but parking your car is not very comfortable. The house is on a dead end street and sometimes there is or no space to park the car. Other than that, we loved everything. The host's communication was very nice. I believe we will choose it again.

Nikos Place was as mentioned in the Description and even better. The place was perfect for a family get a away. Nikos was very friendly abd suggested us variety of places to eat and shop. The place has a pet dog lulu which makes the stay even more better. Highly recommend this place for stay if you are visiting kavala

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The place was clean and tidy and the location was nice an quiet. Big thanks to Efi because she was really helpful and always ready to quickly assist us with information and locations for everything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we definetly reccomend!

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

When we arrived, Hristo greeted us and arranged a free parking space for our car. He gave us a card so that we would not have parking problems for the other days. He gave us a tour of the city and showed us suitable places to eat and drink coffee. The house has a perfect view and garden at the top. It is possible to have a wonderful time with the flowers Olga grew. You can take great pictures in the old streets to reach the house. Hristo is very friendly and responds immediately when there is a problem. He left us in your car again with our luggage at the end of the holiday. We thank Hristo and his family for this beautiful holiday.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. In addition, a beautiful view from the terrace just outside the door. Contact with the host also went smoothly.

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
