The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Seaside retreat house is located in the village of Paralia Sergoulas in the Corinthian Gulf . The ground floor that is granted to guests is a self-contained house of 110 square meters with a separate entrance and is located within a plot of 700 sqm, 70 meters from the beach , with turquoise crystal clear waters and trees for shade . The residence was completed in 2022 and is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and a lovely garden that is in the exclusive use of guests.

Ski resort, Delphi, Arachova, E4/E22 trails, Eptastomos, Neraidospilia, Agoriani waterfall... so many destinations in such a short time... And the return to Pinecone Lodge, a warm and welcoming place, always relaxing. A few meters from the central square of the village but ideally located at the beginning of the fir forest of Eptalofos. You will hear the sound of the stream of the Manas spring, you will admire Kokkinorachi and... if you are lucky, you may see the "guilty" squirrel...
