Holiday rentals with lake access in Skanderborg Municipality

It is not the first time I stay at Janus’s house, it is very comfortable, fully equiped, has a perfect island kitchen, wich is delicious to operate, facing the living room and fostering an integrated family life. Excellent shower and beds, Very scenic place and neighborhood, the best experience I have always had in Airbnb, Janus is the best host you can find, would definetly stay there again!

Great weekend with the opportunity to both kayak and canoe. Nice garden with great opportunities to play hide and seek with the kids 🤩🌼 Great location and great surroundings. We sailed to the other side of the lake and went for a walk in the spring green forest. All in all, a good extended weekend - and nice to meet Klaus 😊

The accommodation is very comfortably furnished and had all kinds of things to offer especially for our three children (0 to 9 years). A great garden with sitting area and view on the fields, play facilities for the children and the super equipped kitchen were probably our highlights. The rooms are cozy, but the living area was very bright and large. Nevertheless, you could also retreat in the couch corner if you wanted to. The house is great for a slightly larger family! In exciting Aarhus and to a beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea you drive 20-25 min. The North Sea can be reached after 1:45h. So the house is in a great location. It was a really nice holiday. Thanks to Stinne for the great and fast communication. She was very helpful :)

It was perfect. The house looks just like in the pictures. Camilla is a great host, she welcomed us personally and was extremely helpful, she literally made us feel like home. A fully equipped kitchen was the biggest treat. Adding some Indian spices keeping us in mind was a very sweet touch, we really enjoyed cooking. The house is right next to the lake and Camilla was kind enough to offer us free kayaks. She was very quick is responding to all our queries about the surrounding areas. The lake is very clean so perfect to swim. It is walkable from a huge supermarket, restaurants and the center of the city. Best place to stay for a beautiful, peaceful holiday. I would highly recommend it for all age groups.

A paradise for children, quietly located, great excursion tips from the host, I can only recommend for families with children

We had a lovely week's holiday at Thomas's lovely summerhouse. There was everything we needed, even with 2 big teenagers. Incredibly soundproofed between the rooms, all the bedrooms were equipped with ingrown nets on the window so we could sleep with windows open. Nice big terrace where breakfast was consumed a few times. And otherwise just used for coziness and board games. Thomas has been quick to respond to messages, and he greeted us upon arrival. Thomas is an incredibly welcoming host who showed us around the house and told us about the surroundings, as well as the local shopping opportunities. We felt welcome immediately and can definitely recommend this lovely house.

Fantastically cozy little gem. Ideal for those who want both the city and beautiful nature right outside the door. Good communication and everything similar to the description. Spotless clean. Can be clearly recommended.👍🏼

Really nice place. We have been extremely happy with the apartment. Tove is meant and quick to communicate with. Always good service. Very nice and clean everywhere.

Unfortunately, only a very short but very nice stay. We were there as two families with a total of 5 children and were received very nicely and uncomplicatedly. The apartment is beautifully and individually decorated and the location is perfect baker across the street and the lake only 3 minutes away.

Anjas room was exactly what we needed after a long walk from Ry. we will definitely be visiting again.

We had a lovely stay in Laven, with beautiful views of the water. The apartment is within walking distance to the local train, and we easily went on a trip to Silkeborg, Ry and Himmelbjerget. Cute welcoming hosts who had left snacks for us and provided a crib for our daughter.

Lovely apartment, situated in a super chill neighbourhood close to the lake. Everything was as expected and the communication was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality!!:)

5 stars totally worth it, Vibeke's house is beautifully located in the forest and among the lakes. We walked there for hours, to warm up by the wood stove afterwards. The kitchen was fully equipped, the house is cozy and yet spacious enough. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the lovely house! Beautiful large garden that our children enjoyed, lovely beds and a nice quiet place in nature. And..legoland is just around the corner! We would highly recommend the house
