The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake. Welcome to our little slice of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! It is a spring, summer wonderland! We have access to the country store with fresh meats as well as to restaurants and gas and supplies. Also 12 minutes from Munising and Pictured Rocks, hiking trails, and close to the Ice caves in Ebin. There are just too many things to list but our place and is defiantly set up for snowmobilers and nature lovers. It is a must see and a bargain for the money! I am proud to be your host Brady J

Surrounded by forest that is open to recreational activities right out the door (hiking, biking, bird watching, x-country skiing). Only minutes away from Laughing Whitefish Falls and Eben Ice Caves. Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

This location was an incredible stay. It was peaceful outside and equally beautiful inside. Getting to Marquette was only 15 minutes. If you love golfing, the house backs up right to one of the holes of the NMU course. I would return as well as recommend to others.

We loved the privacy and cleanliness of the cabin. The view of the lake was great and the cabin was located between Marquette and Munising so we were able to visit both areas conveniently. The cabin was well stocked with essentials which was great!

This is an incredible place. Peaceful, with beautiful views of Lake Superior, and the feeling that you have a quiet space to yourself, but with plenty of restaurants, cafes and things to do within ten minutes. I hope to make it back here again!
