Fantastic little house in the middle of the Skåne wilderness in Örsnäs by Lake Immeln. Secluded location with a lakeside plot and private dock. Completely renovated in 2025. 4 bedrooms, a total of 6 beds. There are also two sofa beds as extra beds in the single rooms. Balcony in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace. Patio with a grill and cozy fireplace. Wood-fired hot tub where you can bathe with a view of the lake. A rowboat and a canoe, including life jackets, are included. Kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee. Electric car chargers are available for a fee.

Guests have access to a rowboat, two kayaks and fishing from the jetty. Golf course, elk safari, waffle cottage and Skåneleden are located in the nearby area. Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.
