Open Fields Peaceful on the outskirts of Österlen

L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Här bor du omgiven av betesmarker, lövskog och ett vackert böljande landskap - på tröskeln till Österlen. Gästhuset är charmigt inrett med en skön dubbelsäng, ett enkelt pentry och en uteplats där morgonkaffet intas bland fågelkvitter och frodande grönska. Uteplatsen bjuder in till avkoppling efter en dag med utflykter bland Österlens stränder, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och charmiga byar.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).
