Enjoy scenic surroundings in our authentic granary. Suitable for couples as well as families. The granary is located in the forest border on the farmyard and has its own patio. You are free to make use of the rest of the farm area where you can, among other things, go for walks in the woods, swim in the beach area and fish from the jetty. It can also be mentioned that the farm is located close to one of Norway's finest golf courses. We are a family of four living in the main house on the farm. Otherwise you can meet both cats, foxes and deer.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Central main section in a detached house with a simple standard. There are three bedrooms, one sleeping alcove, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and an additional toilet. Three of the rooms have double beds (180 cm, 120 cm, 120 cm), and one bedroom has a single bed. There is parking for four cars, as well as one electric car charger available. This is our home, so you should expect to find personal belongings in the surroundings. Our cat lives here permanently. We expect you, as tenants, to treat her well.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

When the evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders sink. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Welcome to a cozy and simple cabin by the sea on Øysand 🌊 Here you can wake up to sea views and birdsong, enjoy long days on the long, shallow sandy beach, and quiet evenings by the campfire. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings by the Gaulosen nature reserve, with a beach and nice hiking opportunities just nearby. Øysand Camping with a kiosk, café and activities is in walking distance. A quiet little sanctuary by the lake – while Trondheim city center is only about 20 minutes away by car.

Welcome to our apartment in Skaun! Enjoy the beautiful views over Laugen from this comfortable accommodation. Suitable for 4 people, the apartment has a cozy bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The functional bathroom and open kitchen offer convenience and comfort. It is only a 40-minute drive to Trondheim, so you can enjoy the tranquility of Skaun and at the same time have easy access to the city. Parking is available.

Bright and cozy apartment with one bedroom, bathroom and open living room/kitchen in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. The apartment has good sunlight and is only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store, gas station and restaurants. Approx. 20 min drive to Trondheim city center and Orkanger. Great hiking possibilities in forests and by the water nearby.

The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Idyllic restored timber house on pasture is rented out. There are goats on the pasture and all the way to the cabin during the summer season. Located near the pilgrim's trail and hiking opportunities with a starting point directly from the cabin or a short drive to get to Skaunakjølen. Also a starting point for picking berries and small game hunting, or just to find peace.
