A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

South-facing balcony with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cottage as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes' drive from the cabin. 25-minute drive from central Skellefteå. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. Peaceful Stenrike near the sea and the forest!

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! Walking distance to Piteå beach, one of Sweden's largest tourist facilities with adventure pools, children's activities, afterbeach, bars, restaurants as well as entertainment and events.

Nära Byske älv, en skogsälv med Sveriges bästa Laxfiske. På tomten finns Elbilsladdare. Byskeälven är en oreglerad norrländsk skogsälv med vild lax och vild öring. Även stor harr och du har mycket varierade fiskeställen som du kan prova. Barn under 17 år fiskar gratis, med fiskekort.
