A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

South facing patio with ability to grill and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cabin as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 25 minutes drive from central Skellefteå. Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

The listing is suitable for both small to medium sized groups as the house has spacious living spaces. Access to the south facing patio and parking facilities in the yard. Also works well for those who need temporary housing at work.

Large farmhouse, in a private location on Kullen in Öjebyn. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a junior bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, a fee of SEK 100/person and night will be added. Two toilets on the lower floor, one of which has a shower. Approximately 500 meters to the Piteälven river. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 meters to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

Cabin 25km from Umeå, lake view, swimming area, canoe

Relax in this lovely cabin 25 km from Umeå with room for 4 people by a nice lake. A single sandy beach facing south is 75 meters away. A large lawn is available with freesbee targets. Bikes, Canadians and fishing rods are available to borrow for free. 700 meters away there is a tennis court, boule court and a large public beach. Tennis racket, boule balls are also available. Around Södervik there are several marked exercise trails and bike paths as well as an exciting art trail with fun surprises.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

In the next room ping pong table and a bed in the alcove. 8 km. to in Robertsfors with shops such as ICA, Coop ,Systembolag o Apotek 70 km to Umeå. 80 km to Skellefteå 5 km to the swimming area

Walking distance to railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Car distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoors) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness center in Svansele! Internet is available via fiber.
