In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is barely 20 minutes drive from Skellefteå. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice trails and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafes and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.

There is a Coop, gas station, pizzeria, bathhouse and library within walking distance. By car, you can get to central Skellefteå in about 10-15 minutes.
