The guest house is fully equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay, starter kit with consumables included. The guest house has a private patio with evening sun, outdoor furniture and charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). The patio faces the same direction as the main building's patio, morning sun on the lawn.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Charmig stuga med magisk utsikt över Örnsköldsviks havsinlopp. På altanen har du sol större delen av dagen där kan du njuta av solnedgångarna. Bredvid altanen finns kolgrill att nyttja. Inne i stugan har du två sovrum & en mindre toalett. Ett fullt utrustat kök finns att tillgå&i allrummet finns 2 soffor& tv. Från sofforna kan man få en glimt av utsikten. Finns en studsmatta på tomten som får användas på egen risk. Vid några tillfällen kan grannens barnbarn vara där&hoppa, vi informerar innan!

Närmsta mataffär ligger 9 km bort. 16 km till Örnsköldsviks centrum med Paradisbadet och Skyttis längdskidspår Slalombackar finner du flera i kommunen. Fin enkel naturnära stuga i hjärtat av Höga Kusten, Nordingrå. 2 sovrum 4 sängplatser, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett med våningssäng (möjlighet till att låna extra madrass finns också). Stugan är utrustad med komplett kök, kamin, dusch och förbränningstoalett samt ett fint utedass. Havsutsikt både från altanen och soffan i vardagsrummet, njut av en otrolig solnedgång sittandes ute sent på kvällen. Gångavstånd till fin sandstrand för bad och grill. Koppla av och ned utan wifi och tvkanaler.

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Brödrost, kokplatta och vattenkokare finns samt en vattendunk med tappkran. Nedanför kojan finns en grillplats för matlagning. Där finns även ett utedass med vattendunk tvål och handduk

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.
